Sportingbet Rewards will be active until management decides to end the promotion at any given future date. The rewards will be redeemable until that date, after which the points obtained will no longer be usable. Sportingbet Rewards is intended to be a long-term promotion which means you will have ample time to redeem your rewards.

Every time you place a qualifying bet you will automatically earn points as follows:

Sport:

• Single Bets: 1 point for every R1.00 wagered
• Multiple Bets: 3 points for every R1.00 wagered



Casino:

• Roulette, Blackjack, Poker & Baccarat: 0.5 points for every R1.00 wagered
• Slots/Other: 1 point for every R1.00 wagered

Not all games will allow you to earn points. Bets on the following games will not count towards the accumulation of loyalty points: Craps.

The points will only be credited once the bet has been settled.

Cash Out bets will not award points.

Sportingbet Rewards points can be used to purchase bonuses in the Rewards Catalogue.

If you use only part of the points obtained, the remaining points will remain available and can be used for subsequent redeems, until the expiration date of the SB Rewards promotion.

The balance of your points in the My Tier & Points section will be updated as soon as a valid bet has been reported.

The balance of your points in the 'My Rewards History' section will be updated the day after the last valid bet made. For example, if you accumulate points on October 1st, you will only be able to view them in the 'Recent Activity' section in the My Rewards History the following day, in this case October 2nd.

No, the points obtained as a reward for participating in promotions can be used to redeem rewards in the Loyalty Store but will not contribute to the definition of the tier.

There are 5 tiers in total:

1. Rookie

2. Champion

3. All-Star

4. MVP

5. Hall of Famer

The tiers are calculated based on the number of Sportingbet Rewards loyalty points accumulated in the period indicated by the regulation.

Below is the number of points needed to conquer the different tiers:

• 0 points to reach Rookie tier
• 3 000 points to reach Champion tier
• 20 000 points to reach All-Star tier
• 150 000 points to reach MVP tier
• 750 000 points to reach Hall of Famer tier

The new tier will start as soon as the points required for that specific tier have been reached. For example, if you earn 3 000 points between September 1st and September 15th, you will enter the Champion tier on September 15th.

You will have one calendar month to earn the points needed to move up a tier. The calendar month means the period from the first to the last day of the month. Only the points obtained in this period of time will be considered valid for the purposes of defining the tier.

Example 1: I obtain 3 000 points between September 1st and 30th, from September 30th I will enter the Champion tier.

Example 2: I get 3 000 points between September 15th and September 30th. On October 5th I will still be in the Champion tier.

Of course, if you don't reach 3 000 points in a calendar month you will still be part of the Rookie tier and will still have access to the Rewards Catalogue of that tier.

Once achieved, you will maintain the tier until the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of points you obtain during this period of time. If, for example, you achieve the Champion tier on September 15th, you will remain in this tier until at least October 31st.

Once the calendar month following the achievement of the tier has ended, the new tier will be defined based on the points you have obtained in the calendar month that has just passed, which goes from the first to the last day of each month (please check the points needed for each tier on the promotional page). Still following the previous example, the new tier will be determined by the points you have obtained between October 1st and 31st.

Each tier gives access to an exclusive Rewards Catalogue: the higher the tier you reach, the more generous the rewards which will be available to you.

If you earn less than 3 000 points in a calendar month, you will return to the Rookie tier the following month.

The tier will be defined based on the bets made in the last calendar month (from the first to the last day of the month) and not based on the number of points owned at the beginning of each month. In the case of the above example, the following month you would move down to the Rookie tier, as in the last calendar month (from 1st to 30th November) you scored less than 3 000 points.

It represents the set of all the rewards that you can redeem using the points earned up to that point.
