The promotion is aimed at all users, adults, resident in the South African national territory, who already hold or who will become holders, during the duration of this promotion, of a gaming account at Sportingbet South Africa on the website sportingbet.co.za

The validity period of the promotion is from 07/06/2024 until such time Sportingbet South Africa’s management decides to end the promotion. The promotion may be ended at any time at the sole discretion of Sportingbet South Africa’s management. Only settled bets starting from June 7th 2024 will contribute to the accumulation of points that may be spent in the store and to reaching the next tier.

• To participate in the promotion you must have or open a gaming account with Sportingbet South Africa.
• Betting on Sports or Casino Games will allow the user to obtain loyalty points which can be used to redeem rewards from the ‘Loyalty Store’.
• Loyalty Points will be awarded automatically upon completion of a qualifying play on any of the products mentioned above, according to the following scheme:



Sport:

• Single Bets: 1 point for every R1.00 wagered
• Multiple Bets: 3 points for every R1.00 wagered



Casino:

• Roulette, Blackjack, Poker & Baccarat: 0.5 points for every R1.00 wagered
• Slots/Other: 1 point for every R1.00 wagered

*Not all games will allow you to earn points. Bets on the following games will not count towards the accumulation of loyalty points: Craps



• For Sports betting, points will only be awarded once the bet has been settled. Cash Out bets will not award loyalty points.
• It will be possible to check your loyalty points balance in the 'My Tier & Points’ section of the Sportingbet Rewards program.
• The points balance will update as soon as a valid bet has been reported.
• The balance of your loyalty points in the 'My Rewards History' section will be updated the day after the last valid bet made. For example, if you accumulate points on October 1st, you will only be able to view them in the 'Recent Activity' section of 'My Rewards History' the following day, in this case October 2nd.
• Loyalty points can be used to redeem rewards in the 'Rewards Catalogue' section of the Loyalty Store.
• The Sportingbet Rewards loyalty program has 5 tiers: Rookie, Champion, All-Star, MVP, Hall of Famer.
• The tiers are calculated on the basis of the number of points obtained in the period indicated by the regulation and which can be consulted on the promotional page.



To conquer the different tiers you will need:

• 0 points to reach Rookie tier
• 3 000 points to reach Champion tier
• 20 000 points to reach All-Star tier
• 150 000 points to reach MVP tier
• 750 000 points to reach Hall of Famer tier


• The new tier will start as soon as the points required for that specific tier have been reached. For example, if you earn 3 000 points between September 1st and September 15th, you will enter the Champion tier on September 15th.
• The user will have the entire calendar month available to obtain the points needed to upgrade their tier. The calendar month means the period of time from the first to the last day of the month. Only the points obtained in this period of time will be considered valid for the purposes of defining the tier.



Example 1: I obtain 3 000 points between September 1st and 30th, from September 30th I will enter the Champion tier.

Example 2: I get 3 000 points between September 15th and September 30th. On October 5th I will still be in the Champion tier.

 

• In the event that the user does not reach 3 000 points in a calendar month, he will still maintain the basic tier (Rookie).
• Once reached, the tier will be maintained until the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of points obtained in this period of time. If, for example, the user achieves the Champion level on September 15th, he will be part of this level until at least October 31st.
• Once the 30 days have passed, the new level will be defined based on the points obtained in the last calendar month, which runs from the 1st to the 30th day of each month. Still following the previous example, the new level will be determined by the points obtained between October 1st and 31st.
• Each tier will give access to an exclusive Rewards Catalogue: the higher the tier reached, the more generous the rewards which will be available.
• If the user is unable to obtain the points necessary to maintain or increase the tier in a given calendar month (from the first to the last day of the month), the new tier will be determined by the points obtained in the just ended calendar month.
• If in a calendar month the user obtains less than 3 000 points, the following month he will return to the Rookie tier.
• Rewards that can be redeemed from the Rewards Catalogue may include Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets, Bonus Credits, Cash Credits, Risk-Free Sports Tokens, & Odds-Boost Tokens.
• To redeem a reward, simply log in to your Sportingbet account and visit the 'Rewards Catalogue' section of the Loyalty Store. Once selected and redeemed, the reward will be immediately credited to your Sportingbet account and will be spendable within 60 days.
• Rewards cannot be transferred, withdrawn or transferred from one Sportingbet account to another.
• Once a reward has been redeemed, it will no longer be possible to cancel.
• The reward is valid for 60 days from the time redeemed.
• The details of each reward can be found in the 'Terms and Conditions' section of each reward.
• If incorrect and/or fraudulent behaviour on the part of the player is detected, Sportingbet reserves the right to exclude the player from the promotion.
• Sportingbet reserves the right to change the number of points necessary to redeem individual rewards at any time.
• Sportingbet reserves the right to change the Rewards Catalogue at any time.
